Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page summarizes how Vestaro ("we", "our", or "us") handles cancellations and refunds. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel any active subscription at any time from Workspace › Profile › Subscription. After you cancel, you continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund unused portions of a billing period.
2. Subscription refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we are unable to provide a refund — including for unused time, unused renders, or bonus credits granted with the plan. Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the listed price (USD) until canceled, so please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.
3. One-off render packs and credits
Render packs and credit purchases are non-refundable once delivered to your account. Credits do not expire, are not transferable between accounts, and have no cash value.
4. Failed renders or service issues
If a render fails for technical reasons on our side, we will re-process it at no additional cost. If you believe you have been charged in error, or a paid render did not deliver, please write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the affected order, and we will investigate.
5. Free trial
Vestaro offers a free trial that does not require a payment method. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically — you will only be charged if you explicitly select and confirm a paid plan.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law. Where local law requires a refund or cooling-off period that this policy does not provide, your statutory right will apply.
