When a room is unusually hard — tricky lighting, awkward angles, a look you cannot get to land on your own — you send it to the queue and a Vestaro operator finishes it by hand. You decide per listing whether to use it; most photos never need it.

Vestaro is render-based, so a bespoke result costs the same as any other render — roughly $0.71 per photo on the Pass plan, and re-runs are just more renders. There is no bespoke surcharge for writing a custom brief or for re-running a style. You start with 4 free renders and no card.

A self-serve render comes back in about 15 seconds, so iterating on a brief is fast — you see each change almost immediately. Listings you send to the Vesta studio queue take longer because a person is finishing them by hand, but those are the exception, not the rule.
