In the field
You shoot the listing on a Tuesday and you need it on the MLS by Friday. The hand-off window is short, the standards are high, and the photographer is you and your phone.
The catalog is grouped by what the room is missing — empty, dated, harshly lit, vacant lot, half-renovated. Pick the symptom; the studio does the work.
Inside the studio
Each render is reviewed before it lands in your folder. The room’s windows, beams, and sightlines stay where they are. We will not stage you a fictional view through a window that does not exist.
When several photos in the same listing all need the same treatment, the New Listing Kickoff run gets all of them done in one sitting — staging the empties, decluttering the occupied, dusk-setting the exteriors.
At handoff
Output is hi-res JPG sized for MLS, portal, brochure, and Instagram. A single zip contains the originals, every render, and a manifest noting what was changed where.
Your client’s name, your brokerage mark, and your contact line are baked into the export presets. No watermark, no Vestaro lockup on the listing photo.
