No. Vestaro is an independent virtual staging service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC or its parent, Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Agents use it the way they use any independent marketing tool — at their own discretion. If you have brand or compliance questions, check with your office broker.
Vestaro is not a Moxi Works plugin — and you do not need one. Vestaro outputs ordinary high-resolution JPG/PNG files at the dimensions you uploaded, so you add them to a MoxiPresent CMA, a MoxiWebsites listing page, or a Moxi Engage campaign the same way you add any listing photo today. It adds about a minute to your existing flow.
Yes. Files render as standard listing photos at original resolution, with no Vestaro watermark on paid plans. They work in any CB-branded flyer, CMA, website, or campaign just like any other listing photo. You are responsible for following your MLS's virtual-staging disclosure rules — most ask you to label staged photos as 'Virtually Staged' in the caption.
CBx, MoxiPresent, and MoxiWebsites are about deploying photos — building CMAs, seller pitches, and listing pages. Vestaro is about creating the photos themselves: staging empty rooms, decluttering, and refreshing dated rooms. They are complementary, not competing — Vestaro is the photo source those Moxi tools then put to work.
Virtually staged photos are accepted by every major US MLS, including the boards CB offices operate in. Disclosure requirements vary by MLS — Vestaro output is policy-neutral; you control the caption and labeling, which is the listing agent’s responsibility.
