Compass agents use it the same way they use any independent marketing tool — at their own discretion. For brand or compliance questions, check with your team lead or office manager.
Concierge is a financing program — it fronts the cost of physical staging, which you repay at closing out of the seller's proceeds, and it places a lien against the sale until then. Vestaro is a direct cost replacement: at about $0.71 a render it stands in for a several-thousand-dollar physical staging order with no repayment at close and no lien.
