Compass agents use it the same way they use any independent marketing tool — at their own discretion. For brand or compliance questions, check with your team lead or office manager.
Concierge is a financing program — it fronts the cost of physical staging, which you repay at closing out of the seller's proceeds, and it places a lien against the sale until then. Vestaro is a direct cost replacement: at about $0.71 a render it stands in for a several-thousand-dollar physical staging order with no repayment at close and no lien. On listings where Concierge is already covering paint, repairs, or photography, staging in Vestaro frees that budget for higher-impact items.
