No. Vestaro is an independent virtual staging service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eXp World Holdings, Inc. eXp agents use it the way they use any independent marketing tool — at their own discretion. If you have specific compliance questions, check with your eXp broker.
There is no kvCORE plugin — and you do not need one. Vestaro outputs ordinary high-resolution JPG/PNG files at the dimensions you uploaded, so you add them as listing media in kvCORE the same way you add any other photo. Most agents add about a minute to their existing flow.
Yes. Files render as standard listing photos at their original resolution, with no Vestaro watermark on paid plans. They work anywhere you already upload listing photos — your eXp agent site, kvCORE, and any MLS. You are responsible for following your MLS's disclosure rules, which usually means labeling staged photos 'Virtually Staged' in the caption.
Yes. Vestaro supports a wide range of design styles across markets, and the output works with any MLS or international portal. Regional disclosure rules still apply — the file is policy-neutral; you control the caption and labeling.
Yes. The Brokerage tier includes per-office presets, brokerage-level export standards, a shared render pool metered per office, an audit log of every render, and an SSO admin seat. Team leaders use it to give new agents day-one access while keeping each agent on their own queue.
For independent-contractor agents, Vestaro subscriptions are typically deductible as a marketing or business expense — same category as professional photography, MLS fees, and lockbox subscriptions. Talk to your CPA for your specific situation.
